This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Dealsmine marketplace, including new items, thrifted products, and custom printing services. Given the diverse nature of our offerings, specific conditions may apply to different product categories.

2.0 Return Eligibility

2.1 New Items
2.1.1 Return Window: 72 hours from delivery date
2.1.2 Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached
2.1.3 Documentation: Original receipt or order confirmation required
2.1.4 Exceptions: Personal care items, undergarments, and perishable goods cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

2.2 Thrifted Items
2.2.1 Return Window: 48 hours from delivery date
2.2.2 Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received
Important: All thrifted items are sold "as-is" with detailed condition descriptions provided
2.2.3 Quality Issues: Returns accepted only for items that were significantly misrepresented in our listing

2.3 Custom Printing Services
2.3.1 Returns: Custom printed items cannot be returned unless there is a printing defect or error on our part
2.3.2 Quality Issues: We'll replace or refund items with printing defects, color issues, or damage during production
2.3.3 Design Errors: Customer-approved designs cannot be returned for subjective reasons

2.4 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

a. Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective)
b. Digital products or downloads
c. Gift cards or vouchers
d. Items damaged by misuse or normal wear after delivery
e. Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

3.3.3 Use a trackable shipping method (customer responsibility for return shipping costs unless item is defective)

3.4 Processing
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
Inspection may take additional time for thrifted items or quality claims

Refund processing begins once returned item passes inspection

5.0 Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis:

5.1 Available for size/color variations of the same item (subject to availability)

Custom printed items cannot be exchanged

6.0 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Provide clear photos of the damage or defect
We'll arrange replacement or full refund including return shipping
No need to return severely damaged items if we determine replacement/refund is appropriate
